I will read the Patient Information Leaflet before using this nasal spray.I will use the spray exactly as directed and will not exceed the recommended dose.I understand steroid nasal sprays work best when used regularly and may take a few days to reach full effect.I will gently blow my nose before use and avoid spraying directly onto the nasal septum/middle wall of the nose.I understand mild nose irritation, dryness, sneezing, unpleasant taste/smell, headache or minor nosebleeds can occur.I will stop using the spray and seek advice if I develop repeated nosebleeds, nasal pain, sores, crusting, whistling when breathing through the nose, or worsening irritation.I will seek urgent medical advice if I develop severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing, rash, or signs of a severe allergic reaction.I will seek medical advice if I develop eye pain, blurred vision, visual disturbance, or worsening glaucoma/cataract symptoms.I will tell the prescriber if I have recently had nasal surgery, nasal injury, nasal ulcers, recurrent nosebleeds, untreated nasal infection, or tuberculosis.I will tell the prescriber if I am taking other steroid medicines, including steroid tablets, inhalers, creams, eye drops, or other nasal sprays.I will tell the prescriber if I am taking strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ritonavir, cobicistat, ketoconazole, itraconazole, or clarithromycin.I will seek advice if symptoms do not improve after regular use, worsen, or keep returning.I will seek medical advice if I have one-sided nasal blockage, facial pain/swelling, thick green discharge, fever, repeated nosebleeds, or loss of smell that is new or worsening. *
