Description
Accu-Chek FastClix lancets are used with the matching FastClix lancing device to take the small drop of blood needed for a blood glucose test. The lancets come in sealed drums holding six each, so a used lancet is changed by turning a dial rather than by handling the needle, and the drum stays inside the device until all six have been used.
Depth settings on the device let the puncture be matched to the skin. Lancets are single use: a fresh one each time is more comfortable and reduces infection risk. Used drums go into a sharps bin, not household waste. Packs are supplied as 24 lancets, that is four drums, or 204 lancets. These lancets fit the FastClix device only, so check the device before ordering.
