Always Dailies Singles To Go are everyday liners supplied twenty to a pack, each wrapped separately so a single liner can be carried in a bag or a pocket and changed while out. A liner takes ordinary discharge, light spotting or the last day of a period; it is not made for period flow. It attaches to the gusset of underwear and is worn outside the body.
Change it several times a day, since a damp liner left in place for hours can leave the skin sore. A change in discharge, whether it is the first time or a pattern that keeps returning, needs assessment rather than more liners, and bleeding between periods, pelvic pain or a fever needs medical advice.
