Always Discreet Plus Liners are liners for light bladder leaks, supplied twenty to a pack at the plus absorbency, a step above the basic liner in the range. They are made for urine rather than for discharge or period blood, and the core is built to take a small sudden flow and to hold odour. The liner attaches to ordinary underwear with an adhesive strip and is worn outside the body.
Change it when it is wet, then wash and dry the skin, since skin left damp becomes sore. Liners manage leaking rather than treating it. Leaking that is new, getting worse, or comes with pain, blood in the urine or a fever should be assessed.
