Description
Balneum Plus Cream is an emollient intended for dry skin that also itches, and it is the itch focused member of this range. Alongside the moisturising base it contains urea, a humectant that draws water into the outer layer of skin, and an agent intended to reduce the sensation of itch. It is smoothed on in the direction the hair grows, as often as the skin needs it, with more on areas that dry out quickly.
Urea can sting on skin that is cracked or broken, so it is used on intact skin. Emollient soaks into clothing, bedding and dressings, and fabric carrying that residue catches fire far more easily, so keep away from naked flames and lit cigarettes. Supplied in a 500g pump.
