Bodyform Comfort and Security Maxi Long are period pads in the maxi thickness and long length at the heavy flow absorbency, supplied twelve to a pack. A maxi pad is thicker than an ultra pad, and the longer shape gives more coverage front and back, which is what most people want on the heaviest days and overnight. The pad sits in the gusset of underwear, held by an adhesive strip, and is worn outside the body.
Change it every few hours through the day, then wrap it and bin it rather than flushing it. Bleeding that soaks a pad every hour or two for several hours, bleeding between periods, severe pelvic pain or a fever needs medical advice.
