Description

Corn pads are small adhesive pads with an opening in the middle, applied so that the corn sits in the hole and the padding around it takes the pressure from the shoe. Relieving that pressure is what allows a corn to settle, since a corn forms in response to repeated rubbing in one spot. Twelve pads are supplied. Apply one to clean, dry skin with the corn centred in the opening, and press the edges down.

Peel it off gently rather than pulling. A corn that keeps coming back usually means the footwear or the way weight falls on the foot needs looking at. If you have diabetes, poor circulation or reduced sensation in the feet, have corns dealt with by a podiatrist rather than treating them yourself.

  • Adhesive ring pads that take shoe pressure off a corn
  • Twelve pads per pack, applied to clean dry skin
  • The corn sits in the central opening, the padding carries the load
  • A corn that returns usually points to footwear or foot pressure
  • Diabetes or reduced sensation: have corns treated by a podiatrist
