Description
A fluoride toothpaste in a 75ml tube for everyday use. Fluoride strengthens enamel and slows the early stages of decay, and the benefit comes from regular contact rather than from any single brushing. Brush for two minutes twice a day, last thing at night and on one other occasion, then spit out and avoid rinsing with water, since rinsing washes away the fluoride left behind.
Brushing is one part of preventing decay: how often sugar is eaten or drunk matters as much, and regular dental check-ups pick up problems while they are still small. The minimum age for this paste and its fluoride concentration are printed on the pack.
