Description
ExoCream is an emollient cream for dry skin conditions including eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis. Emollients add oil and water to the outer layer of skin and slow the rate at which water escapes from it, which is why they are used every day rather than only when the skin flares. The cream is smoothed on generously in the direction the hair grows, as often as the skin needs it, and it can also be used in place of soap.
Applying it soon after a bath or shower, while the skin is still slightly damp, holds more water in. Emollient soaks into clothing, bedding and dressings, and fabric carrying that residue catches fire far more easily, so keep away from naked flames, heaters and lit cigarettes, and wash fabrics often.
