Description
Jerome Russell Bblonde High Lift Powder Bleach is a powder lightener for home hair colouring. The powder is mixed with a peroxide developer to make a paste, applied to dry hair, left for the time given in the leaflet and then washed out. It lightens the natural pigment in the hair, and the shade reached depends on the starting colour, the hair condition and the development time.
A skin allergy alert test is carried out 48 hours before every use, even if the product has been used before. Wear the gloves supplied, keep the mixture away from the eyes and scalp irritation, and do not use it on eyebrows or eyelashes.
