Description
Teetha Teething Granules are a homeopathic preparation supplied as single dose sachets of granules. The granules are poured into the baby’s mouth, where they dissolve without water. The pack states the age from which it may be used and the maximum number of sachets in a day, and those limits should be followed exactly.
Homeopathic preparations are registered in the UK under a scheme separate from the licensing of conventional medicines, and their registration does not rest on the same evidence of effect. Ordinary measures for teething remain the mainstay: a chilled teething ring, something firm to bite on, and wiping dribble away to protect the chin.
A baby who has a fever, is not feeding, or is inconsolable is not simply teething and should be seen.
