Description
Nytol Anti-Snoring Throat Spray is a throat spray used at bedtime by adults who snore. It is sprayed towards the back of the throat shortly before sleep, where it is intended to coat the soft tissue at the back of the mouth. Snoring happens when that tissue vibrates as air passes over it during sleep, and a coating spray aims to reduce the vibration.
Follow the number of sprays given on the pack, and avoid eating or drinking afterwards so the spray stays where it is applied. It is not a treatment for obstructive sleep apnoea. Snoring that comes with pauses in breathing, gasping or choking at night, or heavy sleepiness during the day, should be assessed by a doctor. Supplied as a 50ml bottle.
