Description
The Otex Express Combi Pack contains urea hydrogen peroxide ear drops together with a soft bulb syringe. The drops release oxygen on contact with ear wax, and the bubbling action breaks the wax up. The syringe is then used with warm water to rinse the softened wax from the canal, following the instructions supplied. Drops are used for the short course stated on the pack before any rinsing is attempted, and the water used must be at body temperature, since cold or hot water in the ear causes dizziness.
Do not use the pack if the eardrum is perforated, if there are grommets, or if there is ear pain, discharge or sudden hearing loss. Stop and seek advice if rinsing is painful.
