Description
A toning conditioner for grey, white, silver and blonde hair, containing a violet based pigment. Violet sits opposite yellow on the colour wheel, so a small deposit of it counters the yellow or brassy cast that grey and blonde hair can take on. It is used after shampooing, left on for the time stated on the pack, then rinsed thoroughly.
Leaving it on longer than directed can leave a visible violet tint, particularly on very light or porous hair, so the stated time is worth following and a strand test is sensible on the first use. It can stain hands, towels and surfaces, so gloves are advisable. Keep it out of the eyes and rinse with water if it gets in.
