Description
These are full length gel insoles for everyday shoes, sized for men and supplied as one pair. They use two grades of gel: a softer gel under the heel and the ball of the foot, where each step lands, and a firmer gel through the arch and midfoot so the insole supports rather than simply squashes. They are intended for ordinary walking and standing rather than sport.
Fit them by removing any existing removable insole first, so the shoe does not become tight, then placing the gel insole in fabric side up. Wipe them clean and let them dry fully before returning them to a shoe. Replace them when the gel stops springing back after being pressed. Ongoing foot or heel pain needs assessment rather than more cushioning.
