Description
Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil One-A-Day is a food supplement in capsule form, with 120 capsules in a pack. Cod liver oil is a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids and of vitamins A and D; the amount of oil per capsule and the vitamin content are printed on the pack and are not reproduced here. One capsule is taken a day with water, with or after a meal, and the stated amount should not be exceeded.
