Description
Wisdom InterSpace is a single tufted toothbrush, meaning it has one small pointed tuft of soft filaments instead of a full head. Brushes of this shape are used to clean places an ordinary toothbrush handles poorly: around orthodontic brackets and wires, around implants and bridgework, behind the last molar, along the gumline of crowded or overlapping teeth, and around a tooth that has only partly come through.
The tuft is placed against the area and moved in small circles or short strokes. It is used in addition to an ordinary toothbrush and interdental cleaning, not instead of them. Replace it when the filaments splay. A dentist, hygienist or orthodontist can show you where in your own mouth it is worth using.
