Description
Arm and Hammer Sensitive Care is a baking soda toothpaste in a 125g tube, formulated for people with sensitive teeth. Baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate, is a mild abrasive whose particles dissolve as brushing goes on, and it is the basis of this range. A toothpaste for sensitivity works gradually rather than immediately, so it is used as the everyday paste twice a day rather than applied when a twinge happens, and it usually takes several weeks of consistent use before the difference is clear.
Brush for two minutes with a pea sized amount, spit out and do not rinse with water. Sensitivity that gets worse, or pain in one tooth that lingers after hot or cold, should be assessed by a dentist.
