Description
Calpol SixPlus Suspension contains paracetamol in a more concentrated liquid than the infant version, so that older children take a smaller volume. It relieves pain and reduces a raised temperature, and is used for headache, toothache, earache, sore throat, aches and pains, and the discomfort of colds, flu and after immunisation.
It is intended for children from six years of age. Shake the bottle and measure each dose with the spoon or syringe supplied, following the dose for the child’s age on the pack. Doses are given no more often than every four hours, with no more than four doses in any twenty-four hours. Do not give it with any other medicine containing paracetamol, as it is present in many cold and pain remedies.
Speak to a pharmacist or doctor if symptoms last more than three days or the child seems very unwell.
