Description
These are cushioned insoles for everyday shoes, supplied as one pair. They add a soft layer under the whole length of the foot, which spreads the load of standing and walking across a wider area instead of leaving it under the heel and the ball of the foot. Fit them by laying the insole against the shoe or its existing insole, trimming along the guide lines to the right size, and placing them fabric side up.
Take the old insole out first if the shoe already has a removable one, otherwise the shoe will feel tight. Air them at the end of the day and replace them when the cushioning stays flat rather than recovering. Insoles help with comfort; they do not treat a foot problem, and ongoing pain needs assessment.
