Description
Dettol Liquid Antiseptic Disinfectant is the brown liquid supplied here in a 250ml bottle. It is diluted with water before use and turns cloudy white as it mixes, which is the normal appearance of the diluted solution. It is used for general household disinfection of hard surfaces and floors, for laundry soaking, and, at the separate dilution given on the label, for first aid cleaning of small cuts, grazes and insect bites.
The two uses need different dilutions, so follow the label rather than judging by eye. Do not use it neat on skin, do not use it on the face or near the eyes, and do not use it on large or deep wounds. Keep it away from children and away from cats, and store it separately from other cleaning products.
