Listerine Spearmint is a spearmint flavoured mouthwash supplied in a 250ml bottle. It is used after brushing as part of a daily oral care routine, alongside a toothbrush and interdental cleaning rather than in place of them. The usual method is to measure the amount stated on the label, rinse it around the mouth and between the teeth for the time the label gives, then spit it out.
