Description
A 50ml sun cream for the face with a sun protection factor of 50, from the Nivea Sun range for sensitive skin. It is applied generously and evenly to the face, ears and neck before going out in the sun, and reapplied regularly, particularly after swimming, towel drying or heavy sweating. Applying too thin a layer gives less protection than the stated factor.
Sun cream is one part of sun safety rather than the whole of it, so shade in the middle of the day and covering up still matter, and no sun cream makes it safe to stay out indefinitely. Keep it away from the eyes. Babies under six months should be kept out of direct sun rather than relying on sun cream.
