Description
Optrex Refreshing Eye Drops contain distilled witch hazel, a mild astringent, in a solution used to soothe and refresh eyes that are tired, dry or irritated. They are used for everyday irritation from dust, smoke, wind, air conditioning, driving, swimming or long periods of screen work. The drops ease the gritty, uncomfortable feeling; they do not treat an infection, an allergy or an injury.
One or two drops are put into each eye as set out in the leaflet, and they can be used through the day. Do not let the dropper touch the eye or any other surface, and do not share the bottle with anyone else. Once opened, the bottle is used within the period stated on the label and then thrown away. Check the leaflet before using the drops with contact lenses in.
See a doctor if the eye is painful, if vision changes, if there is discharge, or if the irritation persists.
