Description
Oral-B 1-2-3 is a fluoride toothpaste in a 100ml tube for everyday use. Fluoride toothpaste is the main way that fluoride reaches the teeth at home, and the benefit comes from brushing regularly rather than from how much is used at any one brushing. Use a pea-sized amount, brush every surface of every tooth for two minutes, twice a day, last thing at night and on one other occasion.
Spit afterwards and do not rinse with water, so the fluoride left on the teeth is not washed straight off. A young child needs an amount and a fluoride level suited to their age, so check the pack before giving it to one.
