Description
These are full length insoles with air pockets built into the base, intended for everyday walking and standing rather than sport. The trapped air compresses under each step and springs back, spreading the load across the foot instead of concentrating it under the heel. They are supplied as one pair in a single size and trimmed to fit along the printed guide lines, using the shoe or the existing insole as a template, then fitted fabric side up.
Because they add a layer under the foot, a snug shoe will feel tighter, so try them in the shoes you intend to wear them with before trimming. Take them out and let them air at the end of the day. Replace them once the cushioning stays flat rather than recovering between wears.
