Screaming O Rings are stretchy rings worn around the base of the penis, supplied three to a pack. A ring of this kind slows blood leaving the penis, which can make an erection feel firmer or last longer. The safety points matter: do not wear one for more than about twenty to thirty minutes at a time, take it off straight away if there is numbness, pain, coldness or any change in colour, and never fall asleep wearing one.
Ease it on gently rather than forcing it, and stop if it feels tight rather than snug. If the ring is made from latex, an oil based lubricant will damage it, so use a water based one. Wash it in warm water with a mild soap after use, or dispose of it if the pack says it is single use.
