Description
Stop ‘n Grow is a clear varnish painted onto the nails to discourage nail biting and thumb sucking. It does nothing to the nail itself and is not a treatment; it works only because it tastes strongly bitter, so the habit becomes unpleasant enough to notice each time. Paint a thin coat over the nail and the very tip of the finger, and reapply as directed on the pack, usually more often at first and less often as the habit fades.
Nails should be clean and dry before use. Wash hands before eating. Keep it away from the eyes, from broken skin and from a sore cuticle, and keep the bottle out of reach of children. Habits take several weeks to change, so use it steadily rather than in short bursts.
