Xpel Kids Mosquito & Insect Repellent Bands are supplied as two wearable bands, worn on the wrist or ankle. Each band is impregnated with a repellent released slowly over time, creating a small area of protection around the band itself. That limit matters: a band does not protect the whole body, and skin away from it stays exposed, so a band is not a substitute for a repellent applied to exposed skin.
Bands are kept sealed until used, since the repellent begins releasing once the wrapper is opened, and they are kept away from the mouth and eyes. Check the pack for the minimum age and for how long each band lasts.
