Description
These are refill pads for the plug-in vapour unit, five to a pack, scented with lavender and chamomile. They contain no paracetamol and no medicine of any kind, so they are not a substitute for a children’s pain and fever medicine and give no relief from pain or fever. Each pad slides into the plug unit, which warms it so the scent is released into the room; the unit itself is bought separately.
A pad is used for the period the instructions state and then replaced. Use the plug in a room the child is in rather than close to the cot, keep it out of reach, and do not cover it. Do not put the pads on the skin, on bedding or in water. See a doctor about breathlessness or a persistent fever.
