Description
Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water is a cleanser in a 100ml bottle, intended for removing make up, including longwear and waterproof eye make up, and for cleansing the face. Micellar waters lift oil and make up from the skin without lathering. It is used on dry skin: soak a cotton pad, hold it against the closed eye or press it onto the face for a moment, then wipe gently.
The oil in the formulation is dispersed through the water, so the bottle is shaken before use. No rinsing is required, though the face can be rinsed if preferred. It is a cosmetic cleanser, not a treatment for a skin condition. Keep it away from the eyes themselves and stop using it if the skin becomes sore.
