Description
Optrex Multi-Action Eye Wash is a solution for rinsing the eye, supplied in 100ml and 300ml bottles and usually with an eye bath. It is used to flush loose material such as dust, grit and pollen from the surface of the eye, and to rinse eyes that feel tired and gritty. Rinse the eye bath, part fill it, hold it against the eye socket, tip the head back, open the eye and blink, then rinse the bath before doing the second eye.
Do not use it with contact lenses in place. Rinsing removes loose material rather than treating an injury or an infection. A chemical splash, anything embedded in the eye, eye pain, sensitivity to light or any change in vision needs assessment rather than rinsing alone.
