Description
Oral-B Fresh Protect Cool Mint is a fluoride toothpaste supplied in a 100ml tube, with a cool mint flavour. It is used as an everyday paste: a pea sized amount on the brush, twice a day, brushing every surface of every tooth for two minutes. Spit out afterwards and do not rinse with water, because rinsing washes away the fluoride that would otherwise stay on the tooth surface.
Brushing alone does not clean the surfaces between the teeth, so floss or an interdental brush is generally used as well. Bleeding gums, persistent bad breath or a tooth that has become sensitive are reasons to see a dentist rather than to change toothpaste.
